c. Their statements to lower interest and reduce your total income outgo.
d. Their BBB rating.
e. If you need a certain credit score.
f. How long they been in business.
g. Online statements from previous customers writing or talking in a video with their opinion.
h. Months you will be in the program.
...and more...
Reviews are written in the manner of what is said by:
1. customers who used the program
&/or
2. those known to rate financial organizations
Each one may influence your decision. It may be said that even before you decide, you see the opinion of the customer. Only later would you see the rating by the analyst. Their ratings may not necessarily apply to you regardless; reason being, it's your goal of the program.
But, inspite of you depending on reviews, as with most financial decisions, you may still be able to cancel in the required time.

Is it time for final prep...does your ability to prepare effect your decision to start...
* check your credit score (for your self)
If you have already taken into consideration that your score may be used as a guide, but not necessarily declined for it being so, it's number may not be an important factor in the decision.
* make your final decisions if it will be a general loan, only taxes, student loan or other
Will you decide the loan that includes your basic credit cards and any debt that does not have colateral will be the chosen option.
* get together, all family members that will be answering questions
Once your phone interview begins, it would be in good taste if all those concerned would be in talking distance to keep the sign up process on schedule.
* know the potential or approximate amounts you owe to all creditors to be included
You would expect some surprises during the interview; but, it is good to always know what you would say about your credit report.
* think of the "numbers" you will submit as to your income and household expenses
Your income and household expenses are yet another way your elgibility is determined. It's good to have a handle on these number before the interview.
* decide if you will both (spouses) be on speaker phone or you will pass the phone to each other
There may be times when only one spouse can do all the talking, or otherwise make it convenient for your counselor to hear the information that's necessary.
* prepare to be on the phone at least an hour
The session will be 1 hour, give or take a few minutes. If you have questions or if your counselor has questions regarding your credit, or if the process of answering/filling in answers on your computer occurs, it will take longer.
* expect the conversation to be similar to applying for credit; but it will not necessarily be the same
Ture, there will be additional questions if there is something unclear on your credit report or if you have something to volunterally tell the counselor.
